Dialight PLC30 June 2006 Dialight plc 30 June 2006 DIALIGHT PLC The board of directors of Dialight plc (the "Company") has confirmed that theholders of redeemable non-cumulative preference shares of 75 pence each ("BShares") in the Company who are on the register at close of business on 29 June2006 will be paid an interim dividend on 7 July 2006 of 1.20 pence per share(being 70 per cent. of six month LIBOR) in respect of the period from 1 January2006 to 30 June 2006 (inclusive) in accordance with the rights attaching to theB Shares, as set out in the articles of association of the Company.
