The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. informs that shareholderswho participated in the Ordinary General Meeting of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.on 23rd April 2008 held 180,797,953 votes. As a result, the statutory capital ofthe Bank divided into 262,212,629 shares, from which one share entitles to onevote, was represented in 68,95%. At least 5% of total number of votes during this Meeting was held by: UNICREDITO ITALIANO S.P.A., ITALY, 00187 ROME, VIA MARCO MINGHETTI 17,155,433,755 votes, i.e. 85,97% during this Meeting and 59,28% of total number ofvotes.
