ASIC GRANTS BUSHVELD MINERALS LIMITED AN EXEMPTION

Bushveld Minerals Ltd., (AIM: BMN) advises that, pursuant to section 655A(1)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Australian Securities and Commission has granted Bushveld Minerals Limited an exemption from Item 6 of the table in section 633(1) of the Act, extending the date for lodgement and dispatch by Bushveld of a Replacement Bidder's Statement to on or before 10 July 2013.
