Appointment of NOMAD
Conviviality Plc (AIM: CVR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Investec Bank plc as the Company's NOMAD with immediate effect. Investec Bank plc was appointed as Joint Corporate Broker on 8 June 2015 and will work alongside Zeus Capital Limited which will act as Joint Corporate Broker to the Company.
