Appointment of Italian Joint Broker and Financial Advisor
SEC, the largest independent advocacy, public relations and integrated communications agency in the Italian market, with operations in Brussels, UK, Germany, Spain, Poland, and Colombia, announces it has appointed EnVent Capital Markets Limited ("EVCM") as Joint Broker and Fidentiis Equities Sociedad De Valores S.A., Milan branch (Fidentiis) as "Financial Advisor" to support investors in Italy with immediate effect. EnVent and Fidentiis will act alongside Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker WH Ireland Limited and Peterhouse.
