Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), a leading telematics and data supplier to global markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nadeem Raza as an additional non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Raza has been CEO of Microlise Group Holdings Limited ("Microlise"), the fleet technology solutions company, for over 13 years and brings significant industry experience and insight to the Board.

Commenting, John Watkins, Executive Chairman of Trakm8 said:

'Following the recent subscription by Microlise, we welcome Nadeem Raza, Microlise CEO, as the third non-executive Director on the Board of the Company. He has a 20 year career at Microlise with 13 years as CEO. He will bring strong knowledge of the telematics market, excellent intellect and vigorous challenge to the executive team.'

The following information regarding Nadeem Raza (aged 51) appointment is required to be disclosed under Schedule 2g of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr Raza holds 178,622 Ordinary Shares in Trakm8. Mr Raza is the CEO and principle shareholder in Microlise which, as at the date of this document, hold 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
