Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Hardy Oil and Gas plc (LSE: HDY), the oil and gas exploration and production company focused in India, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").
The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, 199 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 3UT, UK on Monday, 30 September 2019 at 4:00 pm. A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is available to view on the Company's website: www.hardyoil.com .
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2019 and the form of proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting 2019 will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly www.morningstar.co.uk .
