Trading Emissions plc (the "Company") announces that it is posting its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2017 to shareholders today.
The Company further announces that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on 29th December 2017 at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man and a notice of this meeting will be sent to shareholders with the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
