Provexis plc ("Provexis" or the "Company"), a business that develops, licenses and markets scientifically-proven functional food and sports nutrition technologies, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 are now available on the Company's website www.provexis.com
The annual report and accounts and notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders on Monday 13 August 2012, and the notice of AGM will be available on the Company's website on that day.
