Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Mporium Group plc (AIM: MPM), the technology firm delivering event-driven marketing, announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy to its shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Mporium, 106 New Bond Street, London W1S 1DN on 21st May 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
