Annual Report and AGM

Rotala plc (AIM:ROL) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2020 are available to view on the Company's website at the following link: http://www.rotalaplc.com and have been posted to shareholders, together with the Company's notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 1200hrs at the offices of the Company at Cross Quays Business Park, Hallbridge Way, Tividale, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 3HW on 28 May 2021. 

Shareholders should note that:

1. Members of the board, who are all shareholders, will attend the AGM and make the meeting quorate;

2. It is incumbent upon the Company to continue to observe the UK Government's current guidance on social distancing and the legislation restricting individuals' ability to meet with others to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

As a consequence, unless UK Government restrictions change prior to the date of the AGM, the Company will be unable to permit any shareholder attendance at the AGM. It is hoped that shareholders will understand that the board is taking these steps in compliance with current UK Government restrictions in order to protect all shareholders, employees and directors of the Company.

In light of the above, shareholders are encouraged to submit any questions they may have for the board by addressing them to the following e-mail address: info@rotala.co.uk. The board will attempt to reply to any e-mails received as soon as is reasonably practicable.

The board will continue to keep these arrangements under review and shareholders should monitor the Regulatory News Service for announcements of any changes to the above arrangements that might be necessary before the date of the AGM.
