GLI Finance Limited, a leading investor in the alternative finance sector, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have today been sent to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
