Annual General Meeting Results

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 March 2014, ordinary resolutions 1 to 5 inclusive were passed, and, on a poll, special resolution 7 was also passed. Special resolution 6 did not achieve the requisite majority of votes on a poll, and was not therefore passed. The special resolution passed was as follows: Resolution number 7, which relates to the authority for the Company to make market purchases of up to 10.00% of its own issued Ordinary shares, subject to certain conditions.
