Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Following the release on 4 March 2014 of Premier Food's Full Year results for the year ended 31 December 2013, the Company has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 to shareholders.

The Company's 2014 AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday 29 April 2014 at the

Holiday Inn - Bloomsbury, Coram Street, London, WC1N 1HT.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and Notice of AGM are available to view or download from the Company's website, http://www.premierfoods.co.uk/investor-relations/, and have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
