United Carpets Group plc ("the Group" or "the Company" or "United Carpets"), the second largest chain of specialist retail carpet and floor covering stores in the UK, announces that its annual report and accounts for the six month period ended 31 March 2013 has been sent to shareholders and is available on the Company's website, www.unitedcarpetsandbeds.com.
The report and accounts contain a notice of the Company's annual general meeting to be held at Moorhead House, Moorhead Way, Bramley, Rotherham, S66 1YY on Monday 30 September 2013 at 10.00am.
