Annual Report and Accounts 2017 and Circular (including Notice of AGM)

Seneca Global Income & Growth Trust plc ("the Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2017, together with a circular which includes the 2017 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. These can be viewed on the Company's website www.senecaim.com.

As previously announced, in addition to the customary business to be conducted at the AGM, an ordinary resolution will be also be proposed to make certain changes to the Company's Investment Objective and Policy, the background to and details of which are set out in the circular convening the AGM.

Copies of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism facility and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Maclay, Murray & Spens LLP, Twelfth Floor, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5AB on Thursday 6 July 2017 commencing at 12.30pm.
