Impellam Group plc announces that copies of the 2009 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Voting form have been sent to all registered shareholders and are available for viewing on the Company's website, www.impellam.com.
As announced on 26 March 2010, the 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS at 10.00am on 19th May 2010.
