Babcock International Group PLC ('the Company') - Annual Report and Financial Statements

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 has been made available to shareholders and a copy submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism:  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements is available on the Company's website, www.babcockinternational.com and will in due course be posted to Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

In conformity with DTR 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 on the National Storage Mechanism and is also available on the Company's website as noted above.
