Dunelm Group plc (the 'Company') has posted to shareholders its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 3 July 2010 ('Annual Report and Financial Statements') along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting to which the notice relates is to be held at The Dunelm Group Distribution Centre, Birmingham Road, Stoke on Trent ST4 4DG at 10.30 am on Tuesday 16 November 2010.
