Sky Limited (formerly Sky plc) and Sky Group Finance Limited (together the "Issuers") each announce that their Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 have been published, together with those for Sky UK Limited, Sky Telecommunications Services Limited, Sky Subscribers Services Limited and Sky CP Limited (collectively the "Guarantors").

The documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
