ZEGONA COMMUNICATIONS PLC (the "Company")

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL on Wednesday 17 May 2017 at 12 p.m. and that the following documents have today been posted to shareholders:

· Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ending 31 December 2016 including the Notice of Annual General Meeting

· Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the above documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to the public for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/NSM.
