Announcement of Depositphotos transaction

TMT Investments PLC, which invests in high-growth internet-based companies across a variety of sectors, confirms that, further to the announcements made by the Company on 30 November 2015 and 20 December 2015, completion by its portfolio company Depositphotos, Inc. ("Depositphotos") of a US$5 million equity financing round led by the venture capital arm of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD") is expected within the next two weeks.

Further details will be announced in due course, once the transaction is fully completed.
