Announcement - Iernut Investment Contract

A N N O U N C E M E N T

Societatea Națională de Gaze Naturale ROMGAZ S.A. announces that on January 18, 2017 the Ministry of Energy approved the Application for funds for the investment "Combined cycle CCGT power plant", submitted in order to attract funds for the investments financed from the National Investment Plan.

The application for funds has been filed having in view the conclusion with the partnership between DURO FELGUERA S.A. and S.C. ROMELECTRO S.A. of a public procurement contract no.13384/October 31, 2016, for performing the turnkey project "Development of CTE Iernut Power Plant by building a new combined cycle CCGT power plant".

 S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. shall negotiate in the following days with the Ministry of Energy the clauses of the Financing Contract for the investment "Combined cycle CCTG power plant" and the Schedule of the Drawings (that includes the estimated drawings and the submission date of the application for drawings).
