S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors upon the modification of the 2018 Financial Communication Calendar as follows: 

The conference call with the investors and financial analysts to present the S1 2018 financial results, scheduled for August 16, 2018, will take place on August 14, 2018 at 1:30 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
