Correction re Net Asset Value and statement re valuation

Further to the announcement released on 10 September 2009 under RNS 8507Y regarding the Net Asset Value for August 2009, the Company wishes to correct the stated reduction in carrying value of one holding which should be £387,000 and not £477,300 as previously announced. All other details remain unchanged and the corrected full announcement is now set out in full below. 

Separately, the Company announces that, due to recent share price changes, the unaudited Net Asset Value is currently 1.63p per share, an increase of over 13% since the last month end valuation. Any further significant changes to the Net Asset Value will be notified and the month end announcement will be released as usual.

Net Asset Value

The Company's unaudited Net Asset Value as at 28th August 2009 was £1,644,309.25 resulting in a Net Asset Value per ordinary share of 1.44p.

Included within this are shares in a private company which has recently issued additional shares at a deeply discounted price. Consequently, the directors of Draganfly have valued their holding in this stock at the lower price. This has resulted in a reduction of the carrying value of this stock of £387,000 which is reflected in the lower overall Net Asset Value of the Company for August 2009.
