ALLOTMENT OF NEW SHARES

The Board is delighted to announce the allotment and issue of 112,451 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares").

The New Shares were allotted at a price of 80p per New Share.

The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 11,098,785 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")

Application has been made to list the New Shares.
