Cubus Lux plc19 March 2007 CUBUS LUX PLC signs lease agreement with May Club Charter of Hungary Croatian leisure and tourism company, Cubus Lux plc ("Company" or "Cubus Lux")has signed a three year lease agreement with May Club Charter, a prestigiousHungarian yacht charter company, who will use the Company's Olive Island Marinaas its main base for charter holidays to explore the middle and northern partsof the Adriatic coastline. The official opening of the marina is scheduled for May although the majority ofits facilities are already up and running with its highly anticipated restaurantscheduled to open its doors in April. The Olive Island Marina is situated on the coast of Dalmatia in Croatia,providing unrivalled access to the Adriatic coast and archipelago.
