Sanderson Group PLC12 January 2006 At this morning's Annual General Meeting of Sanderson Group plc the Chairman, Christopher Winn, will make the following statement: "As I mentioned in the Annual Report to shareholders, we are continuing toinvest in our sales and marketing capabilities in order to maintain the growthin the level of new client business, whilst at the same time expanding ourproduct offerings to assist in increasing revenues from existing clients. "Our strategy of delivering organic growth coupled with making complementaryacquisitions remains in place, and in this respect we hope to make anannouncement in the not too distant future."
