At the meeting, Chairman Peter Sheldon will give the following updateon BATM's trading performance: "I am pleased to report that the cautious optimism for the current yearexpressed in my annual report is being fully justified by our performance thisyear. In the first five months of the year both turnover and operating resultsare significantly ahead of last year and in line with our expectations for thehalf year.
