Result of AGM and update on trading

600 Group Plc, the AIM listed distributor, designer and manufacturer of machine tools and industrial laser systems, is pleased to announce that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed.

Mr Paul Dupee, Executive Chairman, made the following statement:

"Whilst trading conditions remain challenging the Group continues to perform satisfactorily.

In addition, I'm pleased to report that the Group pension scheme is performing strongly and is now over 100% funded on a Technical Provisions valuation basis in the latest Actuarial Valuation and remains in a substantial surplus on an accounting valuation basis."
