AGM Statement and Q1 2015 Key Performance Indicators - 21 May 2015

bwin.party digital entertainment plc, the global online gaming company, will issue an AGM Statement and report Key Performance Indicators for the first quarter, ended 31 March 2015, on Thursday 21 May 2015.

Following completion of the AGM, Philip Yea, Chairman, Norbert Teufelberger, Chief Executive Officer and Martin Weigold, Chief Financial Officer, will host an analyst and investor conference call at 2.00pm (BST).
