This is to inform you that the dates for closure of its Books, viz. the Register of Members/ Transfer Book etc., for the purpose of the Bank's ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), proposed to be held on 20th July, 2013 and for determining the shareholders who are entitled to receive Dividend, if declared in the AGM, for the year ended on 31st March, 2013, is as follows:
