NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and 2015 Dividend Circular have been posted to shareholders today.

The 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Northern Trust International Fund Administration Services (Guernsey) Limited, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 8 September 2015 at 11.30am.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice and Dividend Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
