Annual General Meeting

Smart Metering Systems plc (AIM: "SMS", the "Group"), a fully integrated energy infrastructure company owning and managing meter assets, energy data, grid scale batteries and other carbon reduction (CaRe) assets, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.30 am on 20 May 2021 at SMS, 3rd Floor, 48 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TS.

The UK Government and Scottish Government's Covid-19 measures remain in place at the time of this announcement, and in particular the Scottish Government's guidance restricting travel to the Glasgow area. Consequently, the Company re-confirms previous guidance that attendance at the AGM will be limited to Directors, or their proxies in the minimum required quorum present to conduct the business of the meeting.
