Xaar PLC22 December 2006 Xaar plc (the "Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for a Block Listing of 386,539 ordinary shares of 10p to be admitted tothe Official List. The shares which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares inissue will be allotted pursuant to the rules of the Xaar plc 1997 SAYE Scheme.
