The Hotel Corporation plc (the "Company")
Further to the announcement made on 10 June 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that the 15,200,000 new Ordinary Shares issued in connection with the Placing have been admitted to trading on AIM today. As a consequence, the Company now has 49,819,050 Ordinary Shares in issue, which also represents the total voting rights of the Company.
