Celtic Resources Holdings PLC20 June 2007 Celtic Resources Holdings plc (the "Company") Additional listing Application has been made for 11,000 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each to beadmitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. These sharesare being issued following the exercise of options granted under the CelticResources Share Option Scheme at Euro 1.27 per share.
