European Goldfields Ltd07 April 2006 For Immediate Release 7 April 2006 European Goldfields Limited (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has today been made to London Stock Exchange plc for 495,834 commonshares without par value in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. Thesecommon shares are being issued following the exercise by employees of shareoptions previously granted by the Company.
