Flomerics Group PLC13 April 2006 Flomerics Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM for admission of 130,863 Ordinary Shares of 1peach in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to thedeferred consideration due to the vendors of MicReD under the terms of theacquisition announced by the Company on 29 April 2005. Admission is expected to become effective on 18 April 2006.
