Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 222,018 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the Final Dividend for 2014.
Admission of the shares is expected on 12 June 2015
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
