Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange to admit 314,146 ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. These shares were allotted pursuant to an offer for subscription for the 2008/2009 tax year.
