Cambridge Antibody Tech Group PLC30 June 2006 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 1,952,085 Ordinary shares of 10p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of theCompany. The Block listings consist of 1,480,957 shares to be issued under the CompanyShare Option Plan and 471,128 shares to be issued under the Executive IncentiveScheme.
