GUS PLC14 February 2006 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 170,000 Ordinary shares of 29 3/43p eachto trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official Listupon issuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued sharesof the Company. The Block listings consist of 40,000 shares to be issued under the GUS plc 1998Approved Scheme and 130,000 shares to be issued under the GUS plc 1998Non-Approved Executive Share Option Scheme.
