Application has been made to the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 250,355 ordinary shares of £0.01 each.
These shares have been issued for the purposes of awards that have been made under the JUST EAT Share Incentive Plan and rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The JUST EAT Share Incentive Plan is an all-employee, tax efficient incentive plan. The awards are in the form of awards of free shares, subject to holding and forfeiture conditions in accordance with the rules of the JUST EAT Share Incentive Plan. The Executive Directors and the Company's Senior Managers each declined the award.
