Application has been made for 375,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIMand for trading to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 October 2007. These new Ordinary Shares will, when allotted and issued fully paid, rank paripassu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares now in issue.
