Farley Group PLC10 February 2006 Farley Group plc ("Farley" or the "Company") Acquisition of offices Farley, the independent estate agent specialising in selling, letting andmanagement of property, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire thebusiness of Burrough and Company ("Burrough"), estate agents with offices inHungerford and Newbury. The final terms of the acquisition are still to be finalised but it isanticipated that the consideration payable will be based on the earnings of thetwo offices up to September 2008. The two Burrough offices will be immediately re-branded Humberts.
