Stadium Group Plc acquires Fox Industries Limited

Stadium Group Plc today announces the acquisition of Fox Industries Limited ("Fox") for net cash consideration of £100,000 from owner/director Roger Barrett.

Fox is a niche designer and distributor of specialist power supplies, EMC filters, inverters and converters for military, medical and industrial applications, and is profitable on annual turnover exceeding £300,000.

The business will be fully integrated into the operations of Stadium Power at Peterborough by the end of the current financial year, and Roger Barrett will be appointed as Business Development Director of Stadium Power.
