Boustead PLC12 January 2005 Boustead Plc ("Boustead" or "the Company") The Chairman's statement in the interim report announced on 22 December 2004stated: "Shareholders should be aware that the circumstances giving rise to theAuditors' qualification of the Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31March 2004 have not yet been resolved to the their satisfaction." The Company can confirm that they have now provided information on thequalification to its auditors who are presently verifying it.
