AXA Group - Disaggregation Exemption notification
With effect from 17 October 2011, AXA SA and its subsidiary notifying Group entities have notified the FSA that effective from that date they will be disclosing holdings under the exemptions in Rules 5.4.1, 5.4.2 and 5.4.9 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"). As a consequence, the holdings of the above entities will not be aggregated together or with those of AXA SA for DTR reporting purposes.
Following the above disaggregation exemption notification, AXA SA and its subsidiary notifying Group entities, acting independently from their parent and from each other, no longer have any reportable holdings in Zytronic plc on a Group aggregated basis.
However, AXA Investment Managers SA has crossed the 18% threshold and has a holding on a Group disaggregated basis as an independent Group subsidiary of 2,695,891 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.30% of the issued share capital of Zytronic plc; see attached notification
