Zotefoams PLC18 August 2005 18 August 2005 Zotefoams plc Update on discussions Further to the announcement on 14 January 2005 and the subsequent updates on 8March 2005 and 28 April 2005 the Board confirms that discussions with a numberof parties are continuing. Shareholders should however note that all theindicative offer terms that have been received are at levels below the closingmid market share price on 17 August 2005 of 87.5 pence. There can be nocertainty that an offer will be made nor as to the terms on which any offermight be made. This announcement is not being made with the agreement or approval of thepotential offerors.
